Twin Intrauterine Pregnancy - Dichorionic Diamniotic Gestation

Sub:Sudden increase in Ventricular Dialation:

LMP:19/4/16

USG Scans Results for Fetus A:

7/2/16 : (20wks 1day) : Prominent Lateral Ventricles with Ventricular Atria 9.2mm

19/3/16 : (26wks) : Mild dialation of lateral ventricles with ventricular diameter at the levels of atria measuring 10.6 to 10.7mm

28/3/16: Lateral Ventricle Dialation 10.5mm

4/4/16: Lateral Ventricle in width 9.7 to 10.3mm

25/4/16 & 26/4/16 BETNASOL 3 Amp * 2 doses (injection)

28/4/16 : Ventricular Dialation 16.3mm , 14.2mm

CAN BETNASOL INJECTION CAUSE THIS SUDDEN INCREASE IN VENTRICLE SIZE FROM 10.3 to 16.3??

Was this injection required to be given in this case (even after knowing the lateral ventricles)?

If Betnasol was the reason then how many days it's side effects on fetus lasts? Will the ventricle size decrease after few days?

We are worried..please advise.
