Hi Doc, i am a university student, i am having challenges focusing as well as staying awake. Neither is my memory working sharply as it usually does. I also noticed that my finger joints get stiff. should I take becozinc while taking the B12 vaccine. I also take cod liver oil with omega 3 sometimes. Your advice is much appreciated.
