Hi Doc. Im Rea And I Have A Skin Problem

Hi Doc. im rea and I have a skin problem Its look like fungal I suffering for almost 2 weeks and I tried to use already all the cream for the skin allergy...but still not working so I was thinking to use dettol liquid and put in the hot water..so if its ok if I using dettol everytime I taking shower wht is the good effect of it thanks.
