Hi Doc, My 87yr Old Mum That I Care For

Hi Doc, my 87yr old mum that i care for has been taking Lyrica 25mg morn and 50mg evening for a flare up in her arthritis, neck area, for 2weeks now with moderate relief. My question to you, Is long term use of Lyrica for mum something i should be concerned about? My mum has other health issues so should i be asking for some other type of pain management? We also use 10mg Norspan Patch, past 4yrs, Panadole osteo 6 per day.I am very happy with our,mums GP, just thought it couldnt hurt to ask. Many thanks for your time. Catherine.
