my naame is Asha
My son he is 6 months old and here my question is I am using Alex-P syrup, dont know why the doctor prescribed it to us, but please let us know will there any side effects with this medicine.

Becaause i googled about it and found that is pricribed for (Infections.).

So What kind of specific infections?
