Hi Doc, my question is while having sex with my wife my penis foreskin does not retract to the fullest and after having sex, the sperm comes out from my wife's vagina. I want to understand, is it necessary for the penis foreskin to retract ? And can my wife become pregnant even if while having intercourse and ejaculating inside her XXX, with my penis foreskin by not pulling back?
