Hi Doc.Iam 46yrs of age Weighing 60 kgs.i have been using ear swabs to clean my ears for quite some time.Recently, i started hearing a popping sound whenever a noisy locomotive passes by.the noise would start slowly as the locomotive approaches then increase as it nears me then subside as it passes.The problem affects only the left ear.It is more rampant when i sleep or lie on my right ear.Please help solve this problem.Thanks in advance
