Hi Doctor, 2 Days Ago I Took Abortion Pill In

Hi Doctor, 2 days ago I took abortion pill in the clinic and the following day I have to chew 4 more tablets, but before eating those medicines I started bleeding. Anyhow I took those pills and within few mintues I got more bleeding with some normal clots.. Btw i was 4 weeks pregant when I opt this procedure. The next day after taking those 4 tablets, i feel my tummy is bit swelled and after sometime I stated having terrible pain in my abdomen. I cant even stand so I took Ibuprofen 400mg which decrease my pain. I was thinking is that normal or Shoulld I wait for 24hrs or directly go and see the doctor?
