Hi Doctor Bhatti,
Thank you in advance for considering my question. I am coughing up clear and white phlegm with green specs in it. It is of a lower viscosity than anything a typical occasional cough might produce. About two months ago I was exposed to outdoor cold weather for a few hours. Since then I have been coughing up this phlegm with these specs, perhaps one or two times a day. Guaifenesin has helped somewhat what but it still persists. It's the green specs that concern me. BTW I am a nonsmoker. Any thoughts? Hi
