Hi Doctor, From Today, Morning My Motion Is Very Loose

Hi Doctor,

From today, morning my motion is very loose and frequent and I am having severe pain in the stomach like something is pulling inside. It's any type of food poisoning. I have taken the tablet of Cyclopam and Lomotil. Please advise me on the same if i can continue the same medicine and for how long.
