Good Morning.
Now days i cannot get sleep well when i am going to bed there is a tendency to go bathroom ,like some pressure near anus area and also more urinate..I should be in toilet more time ,then some time little stool will come.Also daily at least 3 times i should go bathroom,stool type is semi.I have also gastric problems and heartburn.so please advise how i can treat for this
