Hi Doctor,

Hope you are doing well.

My wife is suffering from gastric problems since 6 years and it was cured after years and it was fine till last three months and it seems to be the problem reoccurred again. She has done an endoscopy now and am giving the summary as below;

Fundus: Normal
Body: Gastrics
Antrum: Gastrics
Pylorus: Normal

Duopdenum:
D1: Normal
D2: Normal

Biopsy: Antral biopsy for H.Pylori(RUT -VE)
Impression: LAX LES WITH GRADE A ESOPHAGITIS GASTRICS (Antrum & Body).

I would like to know what does it mean is that some thing serious as she got much tension because of this as this problem occured repeatedly. Could you please advise what precaution we should take and if there is any home remedy to get rid off such any specific food items or any other life style needs to be changes. Also it would be grateful how long we should take medicine to cure from this problem eternally..
