I am 20 years old male.I used to masturbate daily.Recently when i masturbated heavly the left testis and the tube or vein along with it is slightly paining or some what irritating feeling..now i can't masturbate freely,the left side testis and veins along with are being tight.The veins below the left side testis are causing some irritation feelings or slight pain like feeling and the veins are like ditached from the testis. Does heavy masturbation damages testis?Will it cause infertility?
