Hi Doctor, I Am 33 Years Old History Of Missed

Hi Doctor, I am 33 years old history of missed misscarriage a year ago. I am now at 6 weeks 6 days pregnant . we saw the heart beat at 6 weeks 1 day which i noticed light brown discharge. That day no sign of blood in the vegina when my GYNE examined. After one day later the darker brown discharge comes out and the GYNE saw some blood in vegina. But the embryo's heartbeat still there and the size is 5.88 mm which is larger compared to one day ago scan. The GYNE gave me proluton depot injection and Utrogestan 100mg 2 tablets a day. The brown discharge still have but not much only when i wipe out with tissue can see. The breast are still sore and the morning sickness still have after one day of the injuction. My next appointment with GYNE is next 8 day. Will my baby survive with the help of proluton depot injection? I am now resting at home as my GYNE gave me 10 days MC. Is it the brown discharge is common ?
