Hi Doctor,
I am 46 yrs old lady, suffering from skin pigmentation (discoloration) for 20 yrs now, this was due to usage of lightening facial cream which contains hydroquinone . I stopped used it for 15 yrs now but discoloration still there on the forehead, nose, around the eyes and on the chicks. Please help.
