I am 47 years old, I have this red small pimples on the head of the penis. At times it is itchy. I at times apply Betnovate GM which has flucanazole as the main ingredient. It does give me relief but then the spots appear again after few days. I do mastrubate at times and have sex rarely. Could you please suggest any antibiotics ?
