Hi Doctor I Am 70 Years Of Age And Often

Hi Doctor I am 70 years of age and often suffer from anxiety due to work pressure. I have been taking Trika .25 mg for many years after breakfast on doctors prescription. however, I stopped it last year after gradual tapering.
however, now I have to travel to USA for the first time after a fortnight and feeling lot of anxiety again. What anti anxiety medicine shall i take. one of my neuro has prescribed Petril beta in sos.
please advice.
