Hi Doctor, I Am Farrukh Age 37, Male, From Last

Hi Doctor,
I am Farrukh age 37, male, from last few months i am not able to concentrate on anything, most of time i am siting on my table and doing nothing, i forgot everything, where i parked my car, what my wife told me to bring (like utilities for hom)
this thing effecting my job and my home as well. I asked one of my friend he told me its seems ADHD, could you please advise me what to do? may i go to hospital........
