Hi Doctor,
I am a diabetic for the past 14-15 years and also suffering from HT. Abour 3 years back I underwent an angioplasty for a 80% block. My blood sugar on any given day is FBS 120 and PP 140-145.I do feel breathlessness when walking fastor climbing or when exercising. I also feel tiredness and fatigue and feel like resting on bed most of the time. I also do have sleep breakage during the nights. Occasionally I do consume alcohol only at nights. Right now I am on medications as fllows: Gemar 2 + Pioz15, Amlopin M for Blood pressure during day and Tazloc40 at night, Roseday 20, Glucobay 50 and Glucobay M50. Can I start taking B complex
