Hi, Doctor. I am an average man 76 years of age. Osteopenic as regard bone density. I am having some calcium deposit in my right foot below ankle but not very troublesome. Can I safely take calcium CT 1 per day and Calcirol sachets 1 per week? Please guide me, thanks.
