Hi Doctor, I am curious why a drug such as Targin, which I have been prescribed, contains naloxone which I think negates the effects of the oxycodone. I realise it may prevent constipation, but I can't understand why a pain reliever would have an ingredient which may lessen the effect of the pain killer. Thanks for your time. Dale
