Hi Doctor, I Am Feeling Pain When I Swallow Food

Hi Doctor,
I am feeling pain when i swallow food and also from 4 to 5 days i m having lower back pain and cramps in stomach. i also hear a strange sound when i breath in the night.
Since year I have been feeling pain in the end of the throat while eating but it was not severe. that time consulted to the doctor, he advised me ETIPRO capsule.
what would be the reason?please guide
