Hi Doctor,
I am having an internal hard lump between my scrotum and anus, while pressing it hurts. I feel its somewhat more in right side. My right testicle also pains at least daily.
Though the lump do not pain normally but i always have a feeling that something is there bothering.
A day back i went through CT Scan and MRI
CT Scan & MRI Observation: "Small abscess measuring 2.2 X 1.2 cms in right para-urethral region at the level of bulbo-membranous junction."

I have already taken Ciplox TZ 500 mg for two weeks. Since two days my doctor has changed medicine and i am taking Rulizo 600 mg (Prulifoxacin)
Please suggest what to do. Do i need to go for any other test or there can be any other problem also which we are unaware of. Can this be treated by antibiotics only? Please let me know every aspect of it.
Please help ASAP.
