Hi Doctor, I Am Having Pain While Passing My Urine

Hi Doctor, I am having pain while passing my urine and it takes long time to pass the urine sometime there is burning sensation sometime not and the flow is slow & sometimes i feel i have to pass more urine I am unable to control the urine have to get up in night for urine 2-3 times this problem is since 7 to 8 months now i used to take cital syrup just once in a day doctor ask me to do sonography & urine routine , urine routine report is good i have not done sonography as I cannot control urine for long ..
I am 55 years old pls. suggest
