Hi Doctor, I Am In My Early 40 And Want

Hi Doctor, I am in my early 40 and want to have babies, but it is to no avail. I was diagnosed of fibroid and I did 2 surgery now yet still. My husband sperm has a round round ball in it when he discharged, sometimes watery. I been married 15yrs now. And I really want to have my own children. Thou I have series of abortion before my marriage. Please help me doc.
