Hi Doctor,
I am shehzad. I am 26years old male. My breast has been grown from my normal chest level.
1. This problem started when I was 13-14years old. And I was a fat boy.
2. I never take any medications for this problem. I am a chain smoker .
3. Now I am taking very less food for past two years. And even I am not eating oil foods.
4. I have noticed that in cold weather they tend to contract and turns almost like a male chest.

Please help me to cure this problem completely.
