Hi Doctor., I Am Suffering With High Fever And Body

Hi Doctor.,

I am suffering with high fever and body cold from last two days. I have taken 4 Tables of Dolo 650 till now. My thermometer is not showing ant body temparature however i am feeling internal fever as ifeel bitter tongue and body cold, Can i take Cepodem 200. If yes what dosage.

I am not able to visit any doctor as i am in the middle of of my business travel.

Please advice.
