Hi Doctor,
I am travelling within India and I had vomiting and diarrhea on 24th night and following day. Took Loperamide Hydrochloride (2) and Electrolux in the afternoon. Got better and recovered from it. But fever appeared the same evening (25th January ) and started taking paracetamol (2) at a time.
The fever keeps coming back. I have started taking Ibuprofen(400mg) with paracetamol (325mg) since an hour. I am worried. Please help.
