Hi Doctor, I Came Back From Vacation In Purto Rico

Hi Doctor, I came back from vacation in Purto Rico a few weeks ago and since I have come back, I have had these lines on the middle of the side of my thigh. They are slightly darker than my skin tone and I have one on my stomach as well. Do you have any idea what these could be or what they are from. Thank you for your help.
