I faced a heavy palpitation 2 days ago ,chest pain and lack of air while breathing ,then I went to the cardio .after Echo 2 D: result is 1.Concentric LV hypertrophy
2.Fair LV systolic function
I was having BP at 160/100
Today after 1 day of taking tablets my BP is 100/60
My tablets are as follow:
Olmezest 20
Nidocard-Retard 2.6
Carvista 6.25
Atova 20
Anclog 75
Dr , what is really my situation now, do I facing heart attack?
How my BP shut down quickly , i am facing hypotension in next days treatment?
What would be my sexuality , I have 2 wives , do i continue to have normal sexual life or I should stop and divorce all of them for my heart failure
