Hi Doctor. I Had A Plate Put Into My Right

Hi Doctor. I had a plate put into my right wrist (Colles fracture) and had internal dissolvable stitches, 7 weeks ago. Just today there is a lump under the skin at one end where I could still "feel" the stitches. I've been massaging the scar and am using silicone at night. Do you know what the lump could be?
