Hi Doctor, I had an abortion early January. And I've gained so much of weight that it looks like I'm actually still pregnant. I've gone on vigorous diets and usually I would have lost a ton of weight but now I'm not losing but actually just gaining. My period only last 2-3 days now and the blood loss is very little. So what's wrong with me and how do i lose this weight.
