Hi Doctor I Had An Intercouse Last Thursday. And Now

Hi Doctor I had an intercouse last thursday. And now I found a somewhat fleshy ot brownish and something mixed with like greenish discharge when I peed. It's not smelly or doesn't have a foul odor. I am worried if this is something serious or this is normal. But before that I am having yeast infection for thrice now. I think every after intercourse I am having yeast infection since i had it the first time after taking a long time antibiotic. And now I am taking antiobiotics again. Please help me understand my situation.
