Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi Doctor, I had done a surgery for the removal of a cyst in my under arm. The doctor had given me general anaesthesia and I was admitted for 8 hrs and operated. After the surgery, a lot of my veins in my forearm and my penis that were very prominent have completely disappeared. Also I had forearm pain for 6 months initially after the surgery with a discoloration i n the forearm vein which disappeared after an year of surgery. Now it’s been 3 years to the surgery, and those veins never came back and the initial veins on the penis, now look like small threads kind of non-existent , The forearm is where the anaesthesia was given before I dozed off in the operation theatre. I also face ED & PE problems after the surgery but it’s kind of 50% okay now after taking some herbs and performing pelvic exercises. I want to understand what’s the reason for the disappearance of veins? And should I also consult a urologist for the PE problem I am facing. I am 31 now, and when I was operated when I was 28. Your advice is appreciated. Thank you !
