Hi Doctor, I Had Vitiligo In Early 1994 And It

Hi Doctor, I had vitiligo in early 1994 and it was two places on left leg effected, so my doctor recommend me lukodermine and dermovate cream. And then my vitiligo stop and not spread any more and now after almost 20 year I have restarted again and I have seen 2 more places effected after 20 years. So now I need your recommendation please.

P.S for 1 year I have started food allergy and I am using Zyrtec for that.
