Hi Doctor, I Have 2 Small Fractures On My Right

Hi Doctor,

I have 2 small fractures on my right fibula. It is a non displacement fracture. It's been a month a week now. I am starting to attempt to walk without crutches or at least with one crutch when I noticed pins and needles sensation under the broken foot. As I place my foot on the floor down to walk. Is this normal?? My foot has been a sleep for a month now and i understand that not using it can cause these sort of things but I am worried now..

please help!
