Hi Doctor, I Have A Battered And Bruised Face Resulting

Hi Doctor,
I have a battered and bruised face resulting from a physical assault, the bottom of my eyes are bruised and red with blood clots. I have been applying tissue oil since the incident and since yesterday i started using thrombophob gel to assist with the healing.

There are no cut and the swelling has disappeared. I am a pulmonary embolism patient and i am afraid the gel might affect me.

can i use this gel or is there something better to apply and speed up my healing process.
