Hi Doctor, I Have A Jaundice.in Yesterdays Report The SGPT

Hi Doctor, I have a jaundice.in yesterdays report the SGPT is 400 & SGOT is 150.Bilirubin is 4.
If it gets total normal,i can eat non veg.People says that u should be on diet for 3 mths without non veg & spicy food.Require ur advise.
The jaundice is 1mth old
