Hi Doctor, I Have A Pus Boil On My Left

Hi Doctor, I have a pus boil on my left upper lip and have been breaking it and trying to remove pus. After last night dinner suddenly my left side lips have swollen though not painful it looks bad. Is it an allergy or some other issue. I have with me Avil 25 and Cetirizine tablets. Can you pls advise what I should do? Rgds Jens
