Hi Doctor,
I have been taking Matolar xr 50 and angizaar 50 in morning and ecosprin av 75 at night. I am 47. Recently I have started jogging and increasing the distance and time...The max has been 10 km in 1.3 hours. Is it ok if I push myself to increase and work towards doing half marathon while on the same prescription.
