Hi Doctor, I Have Had These Bites, About 13 At

Hi Doctor, I have had these bites, about 13 at the moment throughout my body, since March this year. I have tried cortisone creams, antihistamines, tiger balm, antibiotics, antibacterials etc. None appears to be working. I am itching so badly. Some bites are watery after showering, from about 5 open pores. Then they dry up hard. I'm not sure what has bitten me. I'm just dying to get rid of these itchy bites.
