Hi Doctor,
I have multiple fibroids at 11 weeks, 5 days pregnancy. Scan shows that they are around 7cm, 5cm, 3cm and 2cm. And cause a lot of pain. My gyna prescribed tramacet and diclofenac foe the pain a dose of 1 week. Around 4hrs after taking the medication I felt drowsy and dizzy. Several hrs later I vomited twice. Plus am on duphastone and folic acid. Is this combination safe?
