Hi Doctor. I Have No Diagnosis. I've Had Several Tests

Hi Doctor. I have no diagnosis. I've had several tests done. I paid out of pocket for micronutrient testing and the result was that I am deficient in fat soluble vitamins- D3, K2, E and minerals Chromium, Manganese, Zinc, Copper, Coenzyme Q-10. I also paid recently for stool testing that found my stool to be high in Fecal Fats and low in Pancreatic Elastase. I've had Hida scan done in the past that revealed my gall bladder is functioning below normal levels. I've tested positive for Smooth Muscle Anti-body in the past. What could be wrong with me? why am i so vitamin deficient and mainly the fat soluble vitamins. I think my body is not digesting fats properly. Why? Please help.
