Hi Doctor, I Noticed A Small Pea Sized Lump Towards

Hi Doctor,
I noticed a small pea sized lump towards my lower back. Seems fairly firm and not painful. Was curious if this is something I should address asap or I can wait till my annual physical in 6-7 months?
I am a healthy male 30 years old.
