Hi Doctor! I tested positive in a home pregnancy test around 10 days back. I travelled by train after that and had some bleeding last week for 3 days. I still have morning sickness and my belly looks slightly bloated. Could I still be pregnant? I also had a n ultrasound scan and there was nothing to worry.
