Hi Doctor. I Understand A Skin Condition Is Very Hard

Hi Doctor. I understand a skin condition is very hard to assist with on the Internet so I shall do my best to try and describe my symptoms. A few days a go a red patch of skin suddenly appeared on my forearm. Unlike a birthmark or just discolored skin, this spot actually has depth and it's shaped like a small bump. It is very small, only a few mm's in diameter. I have attached a photo I took of my skin, accompanied by a coin to its left, to provide a reference. The coin is around 1cm (or 0.40 inches) in diameter. What worries me the most is, the red bumpis unevenly colored, some areas would have a almost burnt/bleeding red color, while others would just be red/pink. I have looked at some pictures of melanoma online, and frighteningly some of the early symptom images do resemble mine. I have also attached that photo. (the one with the coin is my arm, the one without is the public image) Additionally, when I touch and scratch the bump, it does not hurt at all like a burn or a scar would. The texture of the bump feels rougher than my normal skin. My body feels fine and healthy. And I have previous NOT encountered anything on my skin like this. I have NOT been exposed to anything out of the ordinary for the past month. (no allergic reactions, etc.) I am male, and only 18 years old, and although I know cancer has been discovered in young people before, I would prefer not to have it. Thank you in advance, and please let me know if you need other details. Michael
