Hi Doctor, I 've Polycystic Ovaries And I Am Being

Hi Doctor, I 've Polycystic ovaries and I am being taking a treatment in siddha. I 've been taking a scan. My first scan on 14/10/15 says
Echotexture measures 7.4 X 3.7 X 2.5 cm. Endometrial thickness 0.79cm. Right Ovary contains multiple follicles and measures 7.0CC in volume. Left ovary contains multiple follicles and measures 8.3cc in volume. Impression:- Polycystic Ovaries.
So I started taking treatment in Siddha(Ayurvedic)
My Second scan on 27/02/2016 says
Echotexture measures 7.8 X 4.3 X 2.6 cm. Endometrial thickness 0.9cm. Right Ovary contains multiple follicles and measures 5.0CC in volume. Left ovary contains multiple follicles and measures 7.0cc in volume. Impression:- Multiple Small Follicles - Suggested Clinical Correlation
My third scan on 26/03/2016 says
Echotexture measures 7.6 X 1.2 X 4.2 cm. Endometrial thickness 1.1cm. Right Ovary contains multiple follicles and measures 5.3CC in volume. Left ovary contains multiple follicles and measures 7.1cc in volume. Impression:- Polycystic Ovaries.

Is there any improvements? or Shall I know whether I am getting better or still need treatment?
