I was diagonosed with external piles 7 months back, it was cured earlier by following sitz bath ,ointment and fibre diet and now since 1 month it has occured again and i ad going through lot of pain after each bowel .My gynae told me i have an infection in my piles and advised me to apply anovate cream before each bowel movement
What should i do? Can my piles be cured without surgery? And what should i do for infection.
