Hi Doctor, I Was Given An Hucog 10000 When Follicle

Hi Doctor, I was given an hucog 10000 when follicle became 19mm, i underwent iui next evening and the next morning when I went for ultrasound the follicle was not there (may be ruptured) but my endometrium reduced to 6.8 from 9.4 mm. Request you to please advice, what could have caused it
