Hi Doctor, I Was On Smokeless Tobacco For 15 Years
Hi Doctor,
I was on smokeless tobacco for 15 years and finally one day my parotid gland was swollen and painful. Doctors prescribed antibiotic and painkiller which reduced the pain and swelling and told me it's a precancerous stage. I completely quit the tobacco now. Now after 2 month my lymph node behind my neck is swollen for two weeks, I had severe cold and cough but that is gone now. Is my swollen lymph node connected with swelling parotid gland below ears, should I go for a cancer diagosis?
